## Returns – Non-Personalised Items

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for non-personalised goods.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation request

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

## Custom & Made-To-Order Items

All personalised, engraved, or custom-made products sold by Wildline Creations are made to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, spelling errors provided by the customer, or personal preference.

## Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate at no additional cost to you.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads (if applicable)

## Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
